TV cook Nigella Lawson and actor Sean Connery have the sexiest celebrity voices, a UK poll found today.
Lawson’s British tones and Sir Sean’s Scottish lilt beat the accents of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp in the online survey.
The poll also found most men wanted to sound like Sir Sean while women said actress Joanna Lumley’s accent would be their ideal choice.
Squeaky comedian Joe Pasquale had the most annoying male celebrity voice in the poll, beating that of David Beckham and Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who came second and third.
